Body shop management software
Claimory is body shop management software for collision repair shops that work insurance claims, carrying each one from first notice of loss through teardown, supplement, adjuster approval, and final payment, alongside the estimate you already wrote in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.

Stop the "where's my car?" calls.
Every collision repair customer gets a live status link to their own claim, with no app to install, no password to reset, and no hold music. They confirm their last name and claim number, then see the vehicle, the carrier, the current status, and an eight-stage repair tracker that runs from checked in to ready for pickup.
Hi Jennifer,
2021 Honda Accord · Modern Steel Metallic
Your car is in Checked In
Step through all eight stages. Your customer sees this same view on their phone.
One link or one QR scan
Every work order carries a private status link and a QR code. The customer scans it, confirms their last name and claim number, and the status page opens on their phone with no app to install and no account to create.
A live eight-stage tracker
The customer portal tracks eight stages: Checked In, Estimate, Teardown, Supplement Sent, Supplement Approved, In Repair, Quality Check, and Ready for Pickup. Each stage updates the moment your team moves the claim, and when the wait belongs to the insurer the portal says so rather than leaving the shop to explain it. The free customer account adds a timestamped timeline of what happened and when.
Bay photos on the claim
A technician photographs the teardown and the image lands on the claim and in the customer's free account. Letting the customer see hidden damage first-hand is what prevents the follow-up call.
Uploads onto the claim
The customer uploads a photo of the damage, the police report, or a carrier letter straight into the claim record. Documents arrive on the file instead of in somebody's email.
E-signature approvals
Repair authorization, betterment, and supplement approvals go out as a secure signing link, and delivery sign-off is captured the same way. Every signature is stored on the claim it belongs to.
Payments in the portal
On Professional plans and up, customers pay their insurance deductible and repair invoice through Stripe. Funds go straight to the shop's bank account and Claimory takes no transaction fee.
Customers book online
Appointment scheduling runs inside the customer account, so drop-off and pickup times are chosen against your calendar rather than negotiated across four voicemails.
A post-repair review
After delivery the customer is prompted to rate the job on communication, quality, timeliness, and value. The response is stored against the claim, so the feedback has a repair attached to it.
Every claim is one workspace.
Claimory holds the whole insurance claim on one screen: the customer, the vehicle, the carrier and the adjuster, parts and labor to the dollar, the repair timeline, and every call, file, task and email attached to that claim. A collision repair shop stops running the same job across an estimating system, a shared inbox, a whiteboard and somebody's phone.
The money sits in the claim header
Parts, labor, total cost and profit sit on the claim beside the carrier and the deductible, so the shop knows what a repair is worth while the car is still in the building.
One repair timeline the whole shop reads
Checked in, estimate, teardown, supplement sent, supplement approved, in repair, quality check, ready for pickup. The stage the vehicle is in is the stage the front desk, the technician and the customer all see.

Every call and approval is timestamped
Quick log records the call, the insurance follow-up, the parts order and the payment as they happen, so a disputed shortpay meets a dated record instead of somebody's memory.
Files, tasks, financials and the Claim Audit on one record
Photos, estimates and supplements attach to the claim they belong to, tasks carry an owner and a due date, and the AI Claim Audit runs against that same file.
Catch what the estimate missed.
Different car, different outcome. On this 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat, Claimory AI found $1,565.90 across 7 findings: two ADAS calibrations, one-time-use hardware, aluminum isolation, and the surface prep nobody itemizes. More money, recovered from more angles.
The payable operations that quietly fall off
Blend and clear coat, seam sealer, corrosion protection, R&I, calibration and glass sublet, adhesives and rivets. It reads your damage photos alongside the estimate, so it flags work that is visible on the car and written up nowhere.
Each finding carries its own basis
The manufacturer position statement, the I-CAR procedure, or the state regulation the operation rests on, documented against that line. The evidence is in the file before the supplement leaves the shop.
Denial risk is scored before you send
Each recommendation gets a risk score with its supporting basis written out in advance, so the pushback you can see coming is already answered in the record.
Cited wording your office can paste
State-compliance findings come with a short line, statute and section included, ready to drop straight into the supplement without anyone going to look it up.
The customer pay work, tracked like a claim.
Detail, tint, wraps, mechanical work and small collision repairs never touch an insurance carrier, so in most collision repair shops they never get tracked either. Claimory gives cash jobs their own pipeline, with what you quoted, what it cost and what you kept on every job, so the highest-margin work in the building stops living on a notepad. It is included from the Starter plan.
Quoted, cost and profit on every cash job
Each cash job carries what the shop quoted, what it cost and the profit left over, so the margin on customer pay work is a number the owner can act on rather than a feeling at the end of the month.
Estimates and jobs share one pipeline
Cash job estimates sit beside the jobs in progress and the completed work, so a quote nobody followed up on is visible instead of forgotten in a text thread.

The job types a body shop actually runs
Collision, detail, wrap, tint, mechanical and miscellaneous work are typed and filtered separately, so a shop can see which non-insurance service is earning its bay time.
Separate from the insurance pipeline
Cash jobs stay off the claim board and out of carrier reporting, and each one carries its own customer, vehicle and job record, so customer pay work is never mistaken for an insurance claim.
Every missed supplement is pure lost profit.
Blend hours softened. Pre-scans deleted. Headlamp aim ops missing. Claim after claim, carrier after carrier. Most shops leave real supplement revenue uncollected because nobody has time to fight every line item. Claimory reads the estimate against OEM positions, flags the dollars that came off, and drafts the supplement before the claim closes.

What collision shops say
Real reviews from real collision shops, in their own words. Read them on Google.
“When Art showed me this app I was instantly sold on it. The amount of time this app has saved me and organized our shop is out of this world and they just added AI claim reviews which has been bringing in more money to our shop. Wouldn't replace this app or Art with anything else. Solid dude. Solid software.”
