AI Claim Audit that finds what the estimate left off
Claim Audit is the part of Claimory AI that reviews one collision repair claim at a time. It reads the estimate lines, photos and documents on the insurance claim, lists what the estimate appears to be missing with a dollar value and approval odds for each finding, and writes a note your estimator can paste into the supplement.
Included on Professional, Elite and Enterprise. The 14-day free trial includes 3 Claim Audits.

AI Claim Audit
It reads the estimate lines and photos on an insurance claim, flags the operations the estimate left off, and writes a paste-ready supplement note for each one before the claim closes.

Line 05 straightens the metal and line 08 paints it; leveling the filler in between is included in neither time.
Line 08 refinishes the fender. New color cannot stop at the door gap and still match, so that door is blended.
A Claim Audit running on an example claim. Line items and dollars are illustrative, not a promise of recovery.
Only findings the claim can back reach the report
Before a Claim Audit report is written, every finding is checked twice. It needs at least 60% confidence, and it has to tie to a photo, an estimate line or a document attached to that claim. A finding that fails either check is dropped, so a guess never shows up as a dollar figure.
What survives is split in two. Findings at 85% or higher go under Send these today, with their notes ready to copy. The rest go under Worth reviewing, where they usually need a document or a teardown first.
What the audit found, before the sort
- Pre-repair and post-repair diagnostic scans$19093% confidence · tied to the claim
- Frame setup and measure$21041% confidence · tied to the claim
- Blend LT front door$9888% confidence · tied to the claim
- Front camera calibration$32581% confidence · no tie to the claim
- Seam sealer, RT quarter panel$4574% confidence · tied to the claim
- Weld-thru primer and cavity wax$6566% confidence · tied to the claim
Findings, confidence and dollars on this example are illustrative. The 60% and 85% floors and the tie to a photo, estimate line or attached document are the rules Claim Audit applies to every report.
The whole claim, read at once
Claimory AI chat answers the question you thought to ask. Claim Audit is the pass you run when you want to know what nobody asked about, reading everything on the insurance claim together.
- Estimate lines
- The line items on the claim's estimate, with their line numbers, so a finding can point at the line it belongs under.
- Photos
- The photos on the claim. A finding can point at the photo that shows the damage it is about.
- Attached documents
- PDFs attached to the claim, such as a teardown report or a parts invoice.
- Vehicle and carrier
- Year, make, model and VIN, and the insurance carrier the claim is with.
- Your shop
- The state the shop operates in and the shop's labor rates.
- Sources on file
- State regulations, OEM position statements and carrier patterns loaded for the audit. A citation that matches none of them is removed from the finding.
A report you work line by line
A Claim Audit report reads top to bottom in the order an estimator works a supplement: what is owed, what to send now, what to firm up, and what the adjuster will argue.
- 01Money left on the tableThe estimated dollar gap on the claim, with the number of findings, the audit's confidence, an approval score out of 100 and the count of high priority findings.
- 02Send these todayFindings at 85% confidence or higher, each with its dollar value, approval odds and a Copy note button, plus Copy all ready notes for the whole group.
- 03Worth reviewingFindings between 60% and 85% confidence. Each row shows the approval odds and dollar value and opens for the detail. Most need a document, a teardown or a posted rate schedule before they are carrier-proof.

- 04Where the carrier will push backThe lines a carrier is likely to fight, each marked with its pushback risk, what they will say, and your comeback.
- 05Supplement packageThe citations behind the findings, each with Copy and Save to files, and Save all to files for the set.
Nothing moves until you move it
Claim Audit never edits the estimate and never sends anything to the insurance carrier. It hands the shop the notes, the follow-up and the evidence, and the estimator decides what goes into the supplement.
- Step 1Copy the notes you agree withCopy note on a finding, or Copy all ready notes under Send these today. Each note gives the reason the operation is required and ends with the specific ask, ready to paste under the line in CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex.
- Step 2Follow up from the task listFindings marked critical or high priority, or worth $200 or more, become tasks on the claim titled Supplement opportunity, with the finding and its dollar value.
- Step 3Keep the evidence on the claimSave a citation from the Supplement package tab, or Save all to files, and each one is stored as a PDF in the claim's Files under AI Citations.
Claim Audit by plan
Each finished Claim Audit report uses 1 credit. An audit that fails writes no report and uses nothing. Running the audit again on the same claim, after teardown photos come in for example, writes a new report and uses another credit.
Unused Claim Audits on Professional and Elite roll over to the next month and don't expire, up to double the plan's monthly amount: 60 on Professional, 200 on Elite.
Professional and Elite shops can top up with credit packs, and pack credits never expire.
