We wrote the softwarewe wished we hadon the desk every morning.
Claimory is the management platform for collision repair shops. Built by collision repair operators. Claimory LLC was founded in Los Angeles in January 2026, used by independent shops in the US and Canada, and built to run alongside CCC ONE and Mitchell, never on top of them.
We were the customers before we built the company. Every tool on the market ended at the estimate or forced you into three more logins to finish the job. Claimory is the platform collision shops always wished they had. Artur - Founder
Five panels. One uncomfortable truth.
Collision shops have been running on tools that were never built for collision. Here is the gap, and what we decided to do about it.
Spreadsheets, group texts, and a tab full of carrier portals
The average collision shop runs claims across four spreadsheets, a group text with the office manager, an inbox with no rules, and seven carrier portals open at once. Supplements get caught at teardown, then forgotten by Friday. That is not an estimating problem. That is everything that comes after.
Every claim, every supplement, every adjuster, on one timeline
Shops do not need another estimating tool. They have CCC ONE or Mitchell for that. They need the screen that holds the rest, the photos, the supplements, the customer messages, the e-signed authorizations, the loaner key handoffs, the towing dispatch, the carrier follow-up that has been silent for 48 hours.
Mechanical software does not understand supplements
The general repair tools were built around RO numbers, parts catalogs, and labor times. Collision runs on supplements, DRP audits, total loss workflow, and cycle time. When a tool does not understand those, it costs you margin in places you cannot easily see.
Operators build software for operators
Claimory was started by people who ran shops, not by people who watched a YouTube video about shops. Every workflow gets pressure-tested by a working estimator before it ships. If a feature does not survive a Monday morning with a dozen tow-ins, it does not go in the product.
Every claim. One system.
One claim record. The supplements, the photos, the signed authorizations, the customer SMS, the AI-drafted email to the adjuster, the loaner key handoff, the cycle time clock, and the per-claim margin. Not seven tools. One screen, with a clear line from intake to final payment.
The collision floor, not the conference room

I did not set out to build a software company. I built this because we kept doing the work and then fighting to get paid for it.
The estimate was never the hard part. Everything after it was. A supplement found at teardown that nobody could prove a month later. An adjuster who goes quiet for three days while the car sits and the rental clock runs. A customer calling for an update the front desk cannot give. A DRP audit that eats a full day every week. None of that lived on a screen. It lived on sticky notes, in text threads, and in somebody's head.
So we built the part nobody else wanted to build. Not a replacement for the estimating system, that part already works. The part that comes after it. One place the whole claim lives, so you can see what is owed, what is stuck, and what is quietly costing you money this week.
Six rules we will not bend.
Tap a principle to see how it shows up in the product.
Built by the people who lived the problem.
Most software in this industry is built by people who would rather not touch the work.
We ran the shops. Paid the bills. Felt the gap.
So we sat down and built the answer.
No credit card. Works with CCC ONE and Mitchell.
