    How Claimory works with your estimate

    Keep writing estimates in CCC ONE or Mitchell. Claimory picks up from there, and the first insurance claim you bring in goes through the same four steps as every claim after it.

      Bring in the claim

      Upload the estimate PDF from CCC ONE or Mitchell, or add the claim number, carrier, vehicle and customer by hand.

      Run a Claim Audit

      Claim Audit reads the estimate, photos and documents on the claim and lists what the estimate appears to be missing, with a dollar value on each finding.

      Track the supplement

      Log each supplement on the claim and see what was requested, what was approved and what is still pending with the carrier.

      Keep the customer updated

      Send the vehicle owner a customer portal link where they follow the repair progress instead of calling the shop for status.
