What's New
Every feature, improvement, and fix we ship for Claimory. No tech jargon, just real updates that make your shop run better.
September 2026
(58 updates)Find Anything From Anywhere With Ctrl+K
Press Ctrl+K on any screen and the quick search opens. It looks across your claims, cash jobs, estimates, payments, files, vendors, tows and your team in one pass, so you can type a claim number, a customer name, a plate or a vendor and jump straight to it without leaving what you were doing.
The Claim Number Leads On Every Card
The claims list reads in blue and neutrals, with the claim number first on each card, so you can run your eye down a column and land on the one you want. Status keeps its own pill instead of competing with a colored stripe and two other hues for your attention.
Buttons And Links Hold Up On Any Screen
Every gradient button, the skip link and the links on the legal pages carry stronger contrast, so they stay readable on a bright screen out on the shop floor or on an older monitor at the front desk. Claimory's blue tints and hairlines now paint the way they were designed to, right across the app.
Better Keyboard And Screen Reader Support
Tab through Claimory and you can always see where you are, including in the quick search palette. Every page names itself in the browser tab, which makes a row of open tabs readable, and Claimory follows your device setting when you have asked for reduced motion.
See Every Rental Agreement And Who Signed It
Fleet is part of Professional and higher. A Rental Agreements tab lists every agreement your shop has sent, with a search box for customer, vehicle or email and a status filter, so you can see at a glance which ones came back signed. The copy your customer signs on their phone carries your full rental terms, word for word the same as the printed version and the PDF, and its cover sheet records plate, odometer out, fuel out and expected return. Check a car back in and it returns to your available list with the closing odometer recorded.
Log A Car Already On Your Lot In One Pass
Towing is part of Professional and higher. When a car arrives on a hook, press New Tow and pick Car Is Already Here: Claimory saves it as delivered and stamps the time it arrived, so the front desk logs an arrival in one pass. The same chooser covers scheduling a pickup for later, and adding a tow truck, a driver or a towing provider. Towing opens on your active tows, with Tows, Trucks and Drivers across the top.
Switch Lists And Start New Work In One Place
Cash Jobs, Inventory, Towing and Fleet put their list switcher on the left and the button that starts a new job, tow or rental on the right, together on one row. Those switchers carry live counts, so active jobs, estimates, items on hand, open parts orders, vendors and rentals running are all on screen before you click into any of them. Calendar carries Month and Week with Add Event beside them, and Tasks keeps Task per Claim, Export and Create Task together.
Claims And Inventory Open The Way You Left Them
Claims and Inventory remember whether you were last looking at cards or at the list. Pick the one you like on each screen and it comes back that way the next time you open it in the same browser. Inventory starts on cards, with the denser list one click away.
Wider Columns On The Tasks Board
The Tasks board runs on three wide columns: To Do, In Progress and Done. Each takes a third of the board on a desktop screen, so a card has room across it for the title, the due date and who it is assigned to. A task set to Waiting sits in To Do, and dragging it to In Progress or Done sets that status. Waiting is still there to pick when you create or edit a task, and it keeps its own group on a claim's Tasks tab and on a cash job's Tasks tab.
Charge Tax On A Loaner Rental
Set your rental tax rate once in Settings under Tax and every new rental picks it up. The rate is saved onto the rental itself, so changing it later never restates what an older rental charged, and the signed agreement shows the tax on its own line. Lending a courtesy car or billing the carrier? Mark that rental tax exempt.
Your Cash Job Keeps Every Number You Enter
Prices and costs typed into the new cash job wizard are saved with the job, and pressing Next onto the Costs step now takes you to it rather than finishing the job early. Your totals and your profit read right from the moment you create it.
The Sidebar Fits Your Screen
On a shorter monitor the left menu could turn into a scrolling strip, which pushed the items at the bottom out of sight. It now closes up its spacing by just enough to fit whatever screen you are on. The icons and the labels stay exactly the size they always were.
Starting Something New Looks The Same Everywhere
New Claim, New Job, New Rental, Add Item and New Tow all open the same way now: same size, same steps across the top, same buttons at the bottom. New Tow also asks first whether you are booking a tow or adding a truck to your fleet. Clicking outside any of them closes it.
Send A Cash Job Quote For Signature
Open a cash job, press Actions and pick Send for Signature. Your customer gets one link by email or text, opens the quote on their phone with its line items and total, and signs it there. No account, no app, no printing.
See Where Every Signing Link Got To
A cash job's Estimate tab lists the links you have sent and what happened to each one: sent, opened, signed or declined, with the time beside it. If a customer says it never arrived, copy the link again from that same list.
A Customer Can Decline, And Tell You Why
Someone who does not want the work can decline the request and leave a reason, instead of closing the tab and leaving you guessing. Their answer shows on the job, so you know the difference between a no and a not yet.
The Price They Sign Is The Price You Can Bill
A quote's figures are frozen the moment you send it for signature. Edit the job afterwards and your customer still signs exactly what you showed them, so there is never a gap between the number they agreed to and the number on the invoice.
Billing Add-ons Line Up With Your Plans
On the Billing screen the Add-ons view now sits at the same height and in the same shape as Monthly and Annual, so moving between the three no longer shifts the cards around under your cursor.
Set Your Shop's State Yourself
Settings now has a State or Province dropdown under your shop address, so typing the address by hand no longer leaves your state blank. Your tax settings pick from the same list instead of a free-text box. Claim Audit and Claimory AI read that state to scope the rules they cite, so filling it in makes those answers specific to where you actually work.
Your Tax Screen Updates The Moment The AI Changes A Rate
Ask Claimory AI to update a tax rate and the Financials tax screen shows the new rate right away, with no reload needed.
A Profitable Claim No Longer Looks Like A Loss
The Least Profitable Claims panel in your Financial Center colored every row red, so a claim that actually made money still read as a loss. A profit now shows in the same blue as your Most Profitable Claims and only a real loss shows in red, on both the dollar amount and the margin underneath it.
Add Opens A Blank Entry Every Time
On a claim's Financials tab, pressing Add after you had canceled an edit used to reopen the entry you just closed, and saving it failed. Add now opens blank for costs, labor and payments alike, and while you are editing, the dialog says so instead of offering to record a new one.
An Other Cost Type On Claims And Cash Jobs
A cost that is not Parts, Sublet, Labor or Misc now has somewhere to go. Pick Other on a claim or a cash job cost entry rather than forcing it into Misc.
Mark A Cash Job Payment Received
Open a cash job's Financials tab and each payment shows Pending or Paid. Owners, admins and managers can press Received on a pending payment and it is marked Paid with today's date, and the job's profit, its card and your dashboard update right away. Claims have the same Received button on their Financials tab.
Money Counts The Day It Is Received
A Pending payment is money you are expecting, so it stays out of collected this month, revenue, profit and a job's paid total until someone marks it received. Once it is marked received it counts everywhere: the dashboard, the Financial Center, job cards, invoices and PDFs, the customer portal and Claimory AI. Outstanding on the dashboard is each claim's quote minus what has come in.
Deposit Requests Save To The Cash Job
Request a deposit on a cash job and it saves on the job as a Pending payment, so it shows in the Financials tab and you can mark it Received when the customer pays. Already Paid on the request counts only payments marked Paid.
Payment Aging And Collection Rate See Every Balance
The Payment Aging and Collection Rate panels read every open balance your shop has: claim payments, cash job payments and customer invoices. Aging shows how long each payment has been open, and Collection Rate compares what you billed with what you collected, split by who paid.
Claim Audit Names The Photo It Means
Claim Audit findings point to your files by number or name, like Photo #3 or PDF #1 page 2, and the photo evidence list shows file names, so you can open the exact photo on the claim in a second.
Act On A Claim Audit Finding In One Click
Each finding in a Claim Audit has buttons to Add Line to your draft supplement, set a Follow Up task, Add Note to the claim, or Request Photos. Anything your approval settings hold back waits in a Waiting for your approval list at the top of the Overview tab.
A Supplements Tab On Every Claim
Every claim has a Supplements tab between Financials and Emails. Open a supplement to read its line items, including ones Claimory AI drafted, mark a draft as sent so the date submitted and the carrier's response time are recorded, and confirm before you deny one.
Claim Audit Asks For Your Labor Rates First
A Claim Audit prices missed labor with your shop's own rates. When body or paint rates are not set yet, it asks for them before the audit starts and saves them to Settings, under Labor Rates, so your credit goes to an audit that prices labor. You can still skip and run it without rates.
Approved Claimory AI Actions Show As Done
Reopen a Claimory AI chat and every action you approved shows as done, and an approved supplement links straight to the claim's Supplements tab. Ask whether something saved and Claimory AI answers from your workspace's action log.
Tool Activity For Owners And Managers
Owners, admins and managers can open Tool Activity from the Manage menu to see each action Claimory AI ran in your workspace and who ran it, with a filter by tool.
Stronger Security For Claimory AI
Claimory AI and the email assistant only read and act inside a workspace you belong to.
Let Claimory AI Send What You Approve
Workspace owners have a new switch in Settings, under AI: Let Claimory AI send approved messages. With it on, pressing Approve & Run on an email Claimory AI wrote sends it from your connected inbox, and a customer portal message is posted for the customer to read. Every shop starts with it off, where Claimory AI still writes the message and your team sends it.
Share A Claim With The Adjuster Or Attorney
Open a claim's action menu and choose Portal Links to make a link for the customer, the adjuster or an attorney. Whoever opens it enters the claim number and the customer's last name, plus the claim's 4-digit PIN when it has one, before anything shows. An adjuster or attorney link opens a read-only view of that one claim, and every link expires after 30 days, or the moment you remove it.
Stronger Security On Printed Documents
Printed rental agreements and P&L statements now treat every name, label and vehicle detail as plain text, so nothing typed into a record can change what the printout does.
Your P&L Carries Your Shop's Name
The P&L statement you export from the Financial Center now prints your shop's name at the top, ready to hand to your bookkeeper.
Unused Claim Audits Keep Adding Up
On Professional and Elite, the Claim Audits you do not use in a month carry over with no expiry date, up to twice your plan's monthly amount: 60 on Professional and 200 on Elite. Credit packs never expire and sit on top of that. Your billing page shows the balance and when it next tops up.
Claimory.io Is Now Version 2
The Claimory website has been revamped into version 2. Feature pages go much deeper, with real screenshots of the app, straight answers to the questions shops ask, and walkthroughs you can click through, and pricing lays out every plan side by side. It is the best place yet to show a teammate or another shop owner what Claimory can do.
See How Long Your Jobs Really Take
Open the account menu, choose Manage, then Financial Center, and there is a new Cycle Time tab. It shows your average days from start to finish with the number of jobs behind it, your fastest and slowest, how many cars are in the shop right now, the typical days between each repair stage, and the jobs sitting longest with the stage each one is waiting on.
Your Cycle Time Counts Every Finished Job
Cycle time now runs from the day a car starts to the day it is finished, and it counts the jobs you mark Completed as well as the ones you mark Delivered. Where a job has no start or finish date to work from, Claimory shows a dash instead of a confident zero.
Claimory AI Can Prove More Of The Law
Ask about labor rates, storage and lien limits, how long a carrier has to acknowledge and pay, appraisal, total loss, anti-steering, or diminished value, and Claimory AI answers with the statute or the court's own words, quoted and linked. It is blunt where the law is blunt: not one of the twenty states checked entitles your shop to its posted rate, and a total loss threshold percentage is a titling rule, not a rule that forces a carrier to total a car.
The Quote Your Customer Receives Adds Up
Three fixes to the quote PDF you send out. Line amounts on older estimates printed as NaN instead of dollars and now print the real figure, the tax line shows the rate you actually charge because it reads against the taxable lines only, and sublet work is named Sublet instead of Misc.
One Running Total While You Build An Estimate
The total at the top of the Quote step now rounds to cents, so it matches the Summary card sitting right beside it instead of trailing a long string of decimals.
A Cash Job's Cost Reads The Same Everywhere
Cost adds up the same way on the board, on the job card, on the job page, and in its Financials tab. A job that showed one cost on its card and zero on its own page now shows one figure, and profit follows it.
Estimate And Cash Job Numbers Run In Order
New estimates and cash jobs are numbered from the highest number your shop already has, so EST-00013 follows EST-00012. The long clock-style numbers are gone, and a workspace that picked some up keeps counting from its real highest number.
One Color For Money
Pipeline Value, Total Estimate and Profit each used to be a different color depending on where you looked. Money now reads in Claimory blue across your boards, both estimate wizards and a job's financials, with negative profit still in red.
Billing Status On A Tow Says One Thing
A tow saved as Paid used to open with its billing status blank, and one screen could say Paid while the next said Collected. Every screen now uses one set of words: Not Billed, Billed, Collected, and Internal Only. Nothing in your records changed, only what you read.
Ask Claimory AI Who Is On The Claim
Claimory AI now reads the contacts saved on a claim. Ask who the adjuster is, or who to call at the tow yard, and it comes back with the name, the number, and how that person is tagged, without you opening the contacts panel yourself.
Every Sourced Answer Shows Its Source
Ask Claimory AI about your state's rules, an OEM procedure, or an estimating guideline and it quotes the page it read and links it. If a source is out of reach it says so up front and stays with guidance you can check yourself, and a Claim Audit run at that moment leans on your own photos and estimate lines instead.
More Estimating Rules Behind Every Supplement
Claimory AI's reference library keeps growing. It now carries twenty more rulings on which operations are already inside a labor time and which you bill separately, and the state rules and manufacturer positions it quotes are checked against the official source they came from.
Paste A Claim Audit Note Straight Onto The Line
The ready-to-paste note from a Claim Audit now opens with the technical or regulatory reason and closes with the specific ask, so it drops onto a line item in your estimating system as it is. No header to delete, and no repeating prices that are already sitting on the line.
Claimory AI Tells You What It Can Do
Open Claimory AI and it now says up front what it covers: claims, supplements, carriers, and your shop numbers. Ask it to pull a figure, draft what goes out next, or walk you through a screen you have not used yet. The panel header is cleaner too, and it reads properly on a phone.
Adding A Teammate Fits Your Phone Screen
The Add Member button on your Team page now stays inside the card at every phone size. Invite someone from your phone without turning it sideways or hunting for the button off the edge of the screen.
Snap Claim Photos Straight From Your Camera
Open a claim, go to Files, and Take Photo opens your camera right in the app. Shoot the damage, a VIN plate, or a parts tag and it lands on the job without switching apps or digging through your gallery. Cash jobs work the same way.
Save A Cash Job Estimate And Reuse It
Quote the same kind of job over and over? Save that estimate as a template and drop it into the next cash job in one tap. Star the ones you reach for most and they sit at the top, and Claimory keeps count of which ones you actually use.
Password Rules Are Spelled Out Before You Type
Changing your password now shows exactly what it needs up front: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. If one is missing, Claimory names the one to fix.
August 2026
(26 updates)Parts Orders Have Their Own Screen
Open Inventory, then More, then Parts Orders to see what you have on order and what has arrived. Log an order against a job, mark it shipped, and record what came in, line by line. Claimory AI can open one for you too, and those now show up here with the right numbers. Inventory comes with every plan above Starter.
Dashboard Buttons Open The Same Screens As The Rest Of Claimory
New Claim on your dashboard now gives you both paths, upload an estimate or type it in, exactly like the Claims page does. New Cash Job, New Estimate, Quick Task, and New Event open the screens you already know too, so nothing looks different depending on where you started.
Pick The Date When You Add A Calendar Entry
Adding an event now has a date field you can change. Schedule something for next Tuesday without opening that day on the calendar first.
Five Dashboard Panels Now Show Your Real Numbers
Calendar, Supplements, Team Status, Pinned Notes, and Recent Estimates pull live from your shop instead of sitting empty. The default panel lineup now opens with your calendar, so the first thing you see is what is happening today.
Team Roles Read In Plain English
The Team Status panel on your dashboard now shows Owner, Manager, Estimator, and Technician the way you would say them out loud.
Team Takes You Straight To Team Management
Opening Team from the sidebar, global search, Claimory AI, or your setup checklist now lands on Team Management every time. Invite a tech, change a role, or check who has access without a detour.
Warnings And Overdue Labels Are Easier To Read
In dark mode, delete warnings and danger notices now stand out clearly against the background instead of blending into it. Overdue labels on your dashboard and job cards got the same treatment in both light and dark.
Expense And Payroll Windows Match Your Theme
Adding an expense, logging payroll, or opening tax settings used to show a dark window even when the rest of Claimory was light. They now follow whichever look you have picked.
Attach A Whole Claim File To One Question
Send several estimates, supplements, and photos to Claimory AI in a single message. It now fits large document sets together automatically, shortening the longest ones when it has to and telling you when it did, so you can ask about the full picture at once.
Plain English When Something Needs Your Attention
If Claimory AI cannot finish a request, it now tells you exactly why in everyday language, for example that a message ran long or that it is time to start a fresh chat. You always know the next step.
Your Trial And Claimory AI Wrap Up Together
When your free trial finishes, Claimory AI now says so clearly right in the chat instead of leaving you guessing. Upgrade whenever you are ready and it picks up where you left off.
Your Plan's Limits, Spelled Out
Trial and upgrade screens now show the exact number of Claim Audits and text messages your plan includes, and your trial meter counts only the current month. Whether you are trying Claimory or comparing plans, the number you see is the number you get.
Billing Stays In One Place
If your shop subscribes through the App Store, Claimory keeps your billing there and will never start a second subscription on the web. One shop, one bill, wherever you signed up.
Stronger Security Behind The Scenes
We tightened what Claimory records when something goes wrong, so internal details never travel further than they should. Nothing changes in how you work day to day.
Claimory AI Looks It Up For You
Ask about an OEM repair procedure, an adhesive or sealer a manufacturer calls for, a torque spec, or a rule in your state, and Claimory AI searches the web right in the chat and comes back with the answer and its sources. No more being pointed at a manual to go read yourself.
Ask For Several Things In One Message
Say 'open a cash job for Anthony Smith and build the estimate' and Claimory AI lines up every step at once. Approve the first, and the next is already waiting. You never have to type 'continue' to finish what you asked for.
Smoother Replies As They Come In
Claimory AI's answers now type out cleanly instead of stepping and catching up, and the chat stays put when you scroll back to reread something while it is still writing.
Mark Exactly Which Supplement Lines Were Allowed
When a carrier approves part of a supplement, you can now check off line by line what they allowed, enter the amount they gave, and note why anything was cut. Your approval history gets sharper every time you use it.
Claim Audit Shows The Numbers Behind Its Calls
Claim Audit now cites the real counts from your own approval history, like 'approved 7 of 9 times with this carrier', and holds off on a percentage until it has enough history to stand behind one.
Stronger Privacy Behind The Scenes
We tightened how Claimory loads brand logos and handles data so fewer outside services ever see who is on your pages, and we refreshed our public privacy and sub-processor pages. Nothing changes in your day to day.
Download All Your Data, Anytime
Your shop's data is yours. From Settings then Account, you can now download a complete, machine-readable copy of your claims, customers, payments, and more, whenever you want. No request and no waiting.
Clearer Messages When Something Needs A Second Look
When an action cannot go through, Claimory now explains what happened in plain English instead of a technical code, so you always know the next step.
Clearer Claim Audit Limits
If your workspace has used all its Claim Audits for the period, Claim Audit now tells you clearly and shows you the quickest way to get more. You are never charged when you hit a limit.
Find Any Claim In The AI, Even By Carrier
Ask Claimory AI to pull up a claim by insurance carrier, VIN, adjuster name, or the carrier's claim number, not just the claim number or customer name. Type 'find the USAA claim' and it lands the right one.
Smoother Estimate Editing
Editing an estimate now moves cleanly from the Vehicle step straight to the Quote step, so you can jump ahead without losing your place.
Every Page Opens At The Top
Open a new page or switch tabs and you start at the top every time, no more landing halfway down a screen and scrolling back up.
July 2026
(28 updates)Stronger Security Behind The Scenes
We tightened how your account and your customers' portal access are protected, so claim details and documents stay locked to the right people. Nothing changes in how you work day to day, your data is just guarded more closely.
Address Autocomplete When You Type
Start typing a shop, tow, or vendor address and pick it from the suggestions. The city, state, and ZIP fill in for you, so your records stay clean and consistent, and your Claim Audits know exactly which state's rules apply.
See Your Claim Audit Credits At A Glance
On a trial or Starter plan, your Claim Audit credits now show right on the billing page. Trials get a simple meter of what is left, with a clear one-tap path to Professional whenever you want more audits each month.
A Faster, Steadier App
Claimory now loads and updates quicker, especially when your shop is busy with lots of claims moving at once. Live updates and background syncing got a tune-up, so the screen keeps pace with your team and stays fresh without you refreshing.
Signature Templates In Your Account Menu
Your signature templates moved to the account menu in the top right, right next to your other settings. Same templates, easier to reach from anywhere in Claimory.
Polished Dozens Of Small Details
We cleaned up a batch of small visual details across Claimory, including claim cards on the Claims board that could break a word in the middle. Little things on their own, but together they make for a tidier day.
A Cleaner, Safer Signing Experience
The screen your customers use to sign got a polish. The signature and date fields line up neatly on any phone or computer, each signer is guided to just their own fields to sign, and we strengthened the record kept behind every signed document. Sending a document for signature feels smoother from start to finish.
Send Documents For Signature
Send a repair authorization, a direction of pay, or any of your own forms for a customer to sign, in person on your device or through a secure email link. Start from a ready-made form or build your own and place signature and initial fields exactly where you want them. Once it is signed, the finished PDF lands on the claim on its own and your customer gets their own copy.
Add Your BAR Number, Tax ID, And Logo
A new Business and Legal area in Settings lets you save your BAR license number, Tax ID, and shop logo, then choose exactly which of them show on each PDF. Your estimates, invoices, and total-loss documents can carry the details your state and your customers expect.
Your Documents, Your Brand
We stepped the Claimory logo out of the documents you send and put your shop up front. Every estimate, invoice, and total-loss PDF now leads with your name and logo. On Professional and up your branding carries throughout, and higher plans can remove every trace of Claimory, so what reaches your customer looks like it came from you.
Sharper Documents From Your Claim Audits
The position statements, OEM repair procedures, and law citations you save from a Claim Audit now come out as clean, professional documents on your shop's letterhead, each with a direct link to the official source. They are ready to forward to a carrier and they look the part.
A Polish Pass On Every Document
Estimates, invoices, financial summaries, rental agreements, and claim reports all got a careful pass. They carry your shop's details, lay out cleanly from the first page to the last, and read the way you want a customer or adjuster to see them. On Professional and up, your own branding now carries across all of them.
Manage Your Subscription In One Tap
Handling your plan is quicker. From your Account page, Cancel, Manage Plan, Update Payment, and View Invoices each open your secure billing portal directly, so you land right where you need to be instead of clicking through an extra screen first.
Smoother Team Management
Changing a teammate's role or removing someone from your team now saves cleanly and updates for everyone right away. Managing who is on your team and what each person can do just works.
Tighter Privacy Across Claimory
We reduced third-party analytics, so fewer outside services ever touch your data, and your cookie choices, including Global Privacy Control, now take effect the moment you make them. Your claim data stays yours.
Decide What Each Role Can See And Do
Owners can now fine-tune what every role can access. In Settings, under Team Management, choose exactly what Managers, Estimators, and Technicians can each see and do, from financials and reports to creating, editing, and archiving claims and cash jobs, plus team and workspace settings. Changes apply right away for everyone in that role, and the owner always keeps full access.
See All Your Shops In One Place
Multi-location operators on Enterprise can now roll every shop up into one dashboard. See active claims, revenue, outstanding balance, completed jobs, and cash jobs across all your locations at once, compare shops side by side, open any single one to dig in, and export the whole picture to PDF, Excel, or CSV. Read-only, so the numbers stay safe.
Connect Claimory To Your Own Tools
Your claims data can now flow into the tools you already use. Professional shops and up can create a secure key in Settings, under Security, and pull claim details into a dashboard, spreadsheet, or reporting tool of their choice. It is read-only, so your numbers stay safe, each key is personal to a single user, and you can switch one off any time.
Two-Factor Authentication Is Here
Add a second layer of security to your account. Turn on two-factor authentication in your settings, scan the code with an app like Google Authenticator or Authy, and you will be asked for a quick 6-digit code each time you sign in. It is optional, takes about a minute to set up, and works alongside your password to keep your shop's account locked down.
A Cleaner, Calmer Claims List
Your claims list got a thoughtful tidy-up. The layout is clearer, the information sits in a calmer hierarchy, and everything is easier to scan at a glance. You can spot the claim you need and read its status in a second, so the screen you live in all day feels lighter and quicker to work.
A Smoother Portal On Your Customers' Phones
Most of your customers check on their repair from a phone, so we made the customer portal smoother on mobile. The menu is slimmer and focused on getting them where they are going, and their account and settings are now right at the top of the screen where they are easy to find. It is a cleaner, more modern experience for the people you are keeping in the loop.
Polished Dozens Of Small Details
We spent time on the small stuff that adds up. Switching between Claimory AI conversations is faster and smoother, the dashboard tiles are ordered more sensibly, the text in the Learning Center is crisp in both light and dark mode, and dozens of tiny rough edges are gone. Nothing new to learn, just a cleaner, more polished app every time you open it.
Claimory AI Has A Full Home Now
Claimory AI moved into its own full-screen workspace with a sidebar of every past conversation. You can pick up any thread in one tap and jump between them instantly. Best of all, you can run a full Claim Audit right inside the chat and keep working while it thinks, then read the grounded findings without leaving the conversation.
Your Claim Audit Got Even Sharper
Every finding in your Claim Audit is tied tightly to your own estimate and photos, and now carries a confidence score, so you can see at a glance exactly what it is based on and how strong the case is. The report reads cleaner too: one ranked list with the most confident findings right at the top, so the strongest points to take to an adjuster are the first thing you see.
A Calmer Screen While Your Audit Runs
When a Claim Audit is working, you now see a clear step-by-step progress screen with a live timer and a five-step tracker. You always know what stage it is on and roughly how far along it is, so the wait feels shorter and more transparent.
Cash Jobs Now Have A Files Tab
Cash jobs get their own Files tab, exactly like your insurance claims. Every photo, estimate, and document for a cash job now lives in one organized place, so nothing gets scattered across texts and emails or lost when you need it most.
Total-Loss Invoices No Longer Double Up
We fixed a case where a total-loss invoice could list the same line item twice. Your totals now add up correctly the first time, so the numbers you send out are the numbers you meant.
Dates Land On The Right Day
We squashed an off-by-one that could show your ETA or a rental period a day early. What you set is now exactly what appears, both on the screen and on the printed PDF, so no one is ever confused about the date.
