Body Shop Billing Software, Both Directions
Claimory bills your shop on simple flat per-location plans ($49.99 to $349.99/mo, seats included by plan). Your shop bills customers and carriers from inside the same claim record: invoices, deductibles, supplement reconciliation, and per-claim margin in real time. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

How does billing work in Claimory?
Claimory has four plans: Starter at $49.99 per month, Professional at $129.99, Elite at $349.99, and Enterprise at a custom price. A self-serve plan is paid by credit or debit card through Stripe's hosted checkout. Annual billing takes 20% off every self-serve plan: $39.99 per month for Starter ($479 a year), $103.99 for Professional ($1,247 a year) and $279.99 for Elite ($3,359 a year).
What is the difference between the Claimory plans?
Claimory Starter covers 1 team member and up to 30 active claims, with claims and supplement tracking, cash jobs, the calendar, tasks and photo uploads, and no AI features, SMS, customer portal or Gmail/Outlook email integration. Professional adds 3 team members, unlimited claims, Claimory AI with 30 Claim Audits a month, towing, vendors and inventory, loaner vehicles, the Financial Center, data export and the read-only API. Elite adds unlimited team members, 100 Claim Audits a month and a dedicated support line. Enterprise adds multi-location management, SSO on request, volume pricing and a dedicated customer success manager.
Who can see and change billing in Claimory?
In Claimory, the Billing page opens for org admins and managers, and the Stripe billing portal for card updates, invoices and cancellation opens only for an org admin. Estimators and technicians cannot open Billing. Team members are included up to the plan's seat count, 1 on Starter, 3 on Professional and unlimited on Elite and Enterprise, so adding a member within that count costs nothing extra.
What happens in Claimory if a card payment fails?
When a Claimory subscription payment fails, Stripe retries the card on its schedule and the shop keeps working during the retries. Only after Stripe's last retry fails does the Billing page show Payment Required with an Update Payment Method button, and updating the card resumes the subscription.
How do I update my card, see invoices or cancel a Claimory plan?
On the Claimory Billing page, an org admin uses Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal and update the payment method, view invoices or cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the Billing page shows the date the subscription ends.
How does Claimory handle security for billing?
Claimory takes card payments through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal, so card numbers are entered with Stripe and never stored by Claimory. A billing portal session is opened only for a signed-in org admin of that shop, and each shop's subscription records are kept apart from every other shop's.
Can I manage Claimory billing from a phone?
Yes. The Claimory Billing page at app.claimory.io works in a phone browser, including Manage Billing for card updates, invoices and cancellation.
Can I export my shop's own financial numbers from Claimory?
Yes, on Professional and up. The Claimory Financial Center's Export Center produces claims, payments, financial summary, insurance scorecard and technician performance reports as PDF, Excel or CSV, and the Tax and Compliance tab exports summary CSVs labeled for QuickBooks and Xero. Claimory does not sync with QuickBooks or Xero directly.
