The Repetitive Stuff,
Done Before You Remember To Do It
Every claim has the same twenty small tasks. Claimory watches the supplement clock, the adjuster silence, the parts ETA, the unsigned authorization, and handles them the way your office manager would, without her having to remember.

Pick A Trigger, Chain An Action, Approve The Send
Rules are built from a visual picker. Your office manager builds one in under two minutes.
Pick A Trigger That Already Happens
Supplement submitted. Photo uploaded. Claim stage changed. Carrier silent 48 hours. Parts delayed. Every trigger maps to an event your team is already doing. No setup, no integration.
Chain The Action That Follows
Assign a task, send a reminder, draft an adjuster email, move the claim stage, or alert the owner. Rules can chain multiple actions with delays between them. The office manager builds it in two minutes.
You Approve Anything That Goes Outbound
Internal actions (assign, move stage, alert) auto-run. Anything going to a customer or adjuster drops into your draft inbox. Review, edit, approve, send. Nothing leaves the shop without your sign-off.
Triggers That Match How Claims Actually Move
Every trigger is tuned for the events that happen on every insurance claim. Pick one, pair it with an action, done.
Supplement Submitted
Fire a rule the moment a supplement is logged. Assign the right estimator, notify the adjuster, start the aging clock.
Claim Stalled
Claim has aged past your threshold without an update. Surface it to the owner, draft a follow-up, reassign if needed.
Carrier Silent 48h
No adjuster response in your window. Claimory drafts a follow-up email using the claim context and flags it for review.
Customer Hasn't Signed
Authorization or release not signed within your deadline. Auto-send a polite reminder or draft one for approval.
Photo Uploaded
New photo lands on the claim. Tag it, add it to the supplement packet, alert the estimator if teardown photos are flagged.
Parts Delayed
Expected parts date slipped. Notify the production manager, update the customer ETA, hold the paint booth slot.
What A Rule Can Do When It Fires
Every action is scoped to the claim. Chain as many as you want, with optional delays between steps. Internal actions run on their own. Anything customer-facing or adjuster-facing drops into your draft inbox first.
What The Day Looks Like Without Rules vs. With Them
The repetitive work most shops do by hand, and what it looks like once rules cover it.
What Automation Actually Changes In The Shop
Less repeat work for the office manager. Fewer aging clocks you have to remember.
Stop Repeating The Same Steps
Every claim has the same 20 small tasks. Let rules handle them so your office manager stops doing the same work twice a day.
Nothing Slips Past 48 Hours
Adjuster silence, unsigned authorizations, delayed parts. Every aging clock you care about gets watched automatically.
Consistent Handoffs Between Roles
Same process every time. The estimator, production manager, and front desk all get the right ping at the right moment.
AI Drafts, You Approve
Customer updates and adjuster emails are drafted in the shop's voice using the claim context. Nothing sends without sign-off.
How Claimory Workflow Automation Fits A Collision Shop
Rules built from a visual picker: pick a trigger that already happens on a claim, pair it with an action, and Claimory handles it automatically. Zero code, every outbound message reviewed before send.
Triggers cover the events collision shops already care about: supplement submitted, photo uploaded, claim stage changed, carrier silent for 48 hours, customer hasn't signed the authorization, parts delayed past expected date, claim aging past your threshold. Every trigger ships pre-built and tuned for how insurance claims actually move through a body shop.
Actions cover the responses your office manager already runs by hand: assign a task, send an internal reminder, draft an adjuster follow-up email, draft a customer status update, move the claim to the next stage, or alert the owner. Multi-step rules chain actions with delays between them. Internal actions auto-run. Anything going to a customer or adjuster drops into a draft inbox for review before it leaves the shop.
Every rule is built from a pre-approved template library written for collision workflows, or from scratch with the visual builder. No scripts, no webhooks, no developer needed. The office manager has a working rule in two minutes.
Workflow Automation FAQ
Common questions from collision shop owners evaluating Claimory.
No. The Claimory Workflow Automation screen is a When, If, Then form: pick a trigger, add conditions if you want them, and pick an action. It is included on Professional and up. Rules built there do not run today, so nothing in Claimory happens on a claim event because of a rule yet.
The Claimory rule form offers Status Change to a chosen claim status, New Claim Created, Payment Received, Date Overdue by a number of days, Scheduled Time, File Uploaded and Customer Message. Conditions narrow a rule by priority, carrier, status or vehicle location, using equals, not equals, greater than or less than.
A Claimory rule can be set to create a task with a priority, add a note, add a flag from the claim flag list, update a claim's priority or status, send an email or send a notification. Because rules do not run today, none of those actions is carried out by a rule yet.
Yes. The Templates tab carries six collision templates: Auto-Assign Urgent Claims, Supplement Request Follow-Up, Overdue Promise Date Alert, Insurance Follow-Up Reminder, Payment Received Notification and Quality Check Reminder. Each one creates a task, a note or a flag rather than sending a message, and you can also build a rule from scratch. There is no wait step that chains one action after a delay.
No. Claimory automation rules do not run today, so no rule sends an email or a text. Claimory AI drafts messages on an action card, and each one sends only after a person approves it and only once the workspace owner has turned on sending from Claimory AI in Settings, under AI.
No. Claimory has no Zapier or Make connector. Claimory does have a read-only REST API on Professional and up, with per-user API keys created from the Account page, so your own tools can pull claim data. Owners and managers can also export claims to CSV from the Export Center in the Claimory Command Center.
Professional at $129.99 per month and up, including Elite at $349.99 and Enterprise. Starter at $49.99 per month shows an upgrade prompt on the Workflow Automation screen. There is no per-rule fee.
