Every Carrier, Every Quirk,
On One Timeline
State Farm plays different from Geico. Progressive is not Allstate. Claimory stores every carrier's contacts, adjuster history, DRP requirements, and average approval days so your shop stops guessing and starts working every claim the way that carrier runs.

Every Carrier Runs Different. Claimory Remembers.
Three pieces of shop memory your team stops losing the day you start.
One Profile Per Carrier
State Farm, Geico, Progressive, Allstate, USAA and every regional carrier gets its own profile with claims phone, supplements email, billing terms, DRP status, and the quirks your shop has learned.
Adjuster History Per Carrier
Every adjuster your team has worked with is logged on the carrier profile. See who approved fast, who fought every supplement, and which adjuster answers email on Fridays. Relationship memory that outlasts staff turnover.
Per-Carrier Approval Days
Claimory tracks average supplement approval time by carrier, built from your own claim history. For example, if Geico is averaging 3 days and State Farm 7, your office manager calls the right follow-up at the right time, not every carrier on day 5.
Your Shop Knows How Each Carrier Runs. Claimory Remembers It.
A few examples. Every carrier profile captures the quirks your team has learned so the next claim works the way that carrier actually runs.
State Farm
Often requires photos before teardown on DRP claims. Store the checklist on the carrier profile so it never gets skipped.
Geico
Fast approvals on clean supplements. Track average approval days to set the right follow-up cadence, not blanket day-5 calls.
Progressive
NetClaim submissions still live in the portal. Claimory owns the shop-side log, adjuster notes, and aging-day alerts.
Allstate
Supplement submission process varies by region. Capture the regional manager and the process notes once, reuse on every claim.
USAA
Tight documentation standards. Photo and note requirements live on the carrier profile and surface on every tagged claim.
Regional carriers
Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Nationwide, Mercury, Auto-Owners, American Family and any local carrier. All added in under a minute.
Carrier Memory Before vs. After Claimory
How shops track carrier info today vs. what actually survives staff turnover.
Everything Your Shop Needs To Work Every Carrier
Contacts, history, requirements, and performance data for every carrier on one screen.
Every Carrier On One Screen
Claims phone, supplements email, regional manager, billing terms, DRP tier, photo rules, rental authorization. All of it on one profile your whole team can see.
Call The Right Contact Instantly
Click-to-call and click-to-email from the carrier profile. No more hunting sticky notes, asking Kathy in accounting, or pulling an old email thread.
DRP Requirements On The Claim
Carrier-specific photo rules, teardown pre-auth steps, and supplement submission process surface on every claim tagged to that carrier. Nothing gets skipped.
Per-Carrier Performance Data
Average approval days, supplement approval rate, and claim volume by carrier. Negotiate DRP agreements with data, not opinion.
Works With CCC ONE and Mitchell
Claimory does not replace your estimator or sit between you and the carrier portal. It owns the operational layer those tools leave to sticky notes.
Internal Notes Stay Private
Shop-only notes on each carrier and each adjuster. Never shared through the customer portal, never exposed to the carrier. Your memory, your shop.
Adjuster History That Survives Turnover
When your office manager leaves, every adjuster note, every quirk, every relationship memory stays on the carrier profile. The next hire is not starting from zero.

How Claimory Handles Each Insurance Carrier
Every carrier your shop works with, from State Farm and Geico to Progressive, Allstate, USAA, and the regional names, gets one profile that captures the quirks your team has learned the hard way.
The profile stores carrier-specific contact info (claims phone, supplements email, regional manager), adjuster history with notes on who approves fast and who fights supplements, average supplement approval days per carrier, documentation checklists for DRP photo rules and pre-authorization requirements, and the known DRP vs non-DRP posture with any program tier or special handling notes.
When a claim is tagged to a carrier, all of that context surfaces on the claim timeline. Your office manager calls the right contact. Your estimator sees the photo requirements before teardown. Your production manager knows whether to expect a 3-day approval or a 7-day approval. Carrier memory stops leaving when staff leaves.
Insurance Carriers FAQ
Common questions from collision shop owners evaluating Claimory.
Claimory works with any insurance carrier. The carrier is typed on each claim, so a national carrier, a regional insurer or a specialty carrier needs no setup, and the Claimory claims list filters by every carrier on the shop's claims.
Claimory keeps carrier relationships on the Network page rather than in a carrier profile. A Network partnership records the carrier, the partnership type (DRP, Preferred Shop, Certified Repair or Network Member), the contract number, effective and expiration dates, the agreed labor and paint rates, a carrier contact and notes on the terms. Adjuster details for a specific claim live on that claim.
No. Claimory has no direct integration with carrier portals, so the estimator keeps writing in CCC ONE or Mitchell and submits through the carrier's system as before. Claimory holds the claim around it: the estimate import, supplements with requested and approved amounts, adjuster emails on the claim's Emails tab, and the claim's files.
Yes, on the carrier scorecard in the Claimory Financial Center. Each carrier with at least three claims gets a row with total claims, completed claims, average cycle time, average days from claim creation to insurance payment, supplement rate, on-time payment rate and average revenue per completed claim. Claim Audit also reads the shop's own approved and denied supplement history with the claim's carrier when it reviews a claim.
In Claimory, a DRP's terms are recorded on the carrier's Network partnership, with the contract number, dates, agreed rates and notes. On an individual claim, the team keeps carrier requirements in the claim's notes and checklist. Claimory does not surface a carrier's DRP requirements on a claim automatically.
The carrier field on claims, the carrier filter and Network partnerships are on every Claimory plan, starting with Starter at $49.99 per month. The carrier scorecard in the Financial Center is on Professional ($129.99 per month) and up.
