Stay In Compliance With Every DRP
Without The Audit Scramble
Claimory tags cycle time, photos, and supplements on every claim and logs a timestamped audit trail. You walk into every audit with the numbers ready, not the scramble. Carrier-grouped rollups activate as your shop hits volume.

Every DRP Metric, Tracked As You Work
Three things every DRP program measures, captured as the claim moves, not at audit time.
Cycle Time Tracked Per Claim
Keys-in and keys-out are logged automatically, with every status change timestamped. Set a cycle time threshold and see which claims are trending over before they close.
Audit Trail Built By Default
Every photo, note, supplement, and adjuster message is timestamped and attached to the claim. When a carrier audits, you export the packet - you do not rebuild it.
Carrier Performance Reporting
Cycle time and supplement frequency tag every claim by carrier so when you hit volume, the rollups match the format your DRP reviews already use.
Before Claimory vs. After
What DRP compliance looks like on spreadsheets and email vs. inside Claimory.
Everything Your Shop Needs To Pass A DRP Audit
Every piece of what carriers audit for, captured as the claim moves.
Cycle Time Targets, Tracked Live
Every claim shows days in each phase against your cycle time target. Over-threshold claims surface automatically - not at the end of the quarter.
Audit Trail Ready On Demand
Timestamped photos, notes, supplements, and adjuster messages are stored per claim. Export an audit packet in one click when a carrier asks.
Per-Claim Financials Visible As You Work
Labor, parts, and total claim value visible per claim as the estimate is written so you spot which claims are running hot before close, not at end of month.
KPI Reporting By Carrier
Cycle time, supplement frequency, and approval rate roll up by carrier as your shop hits volume. Walk into every DRP review with your own numbers.
Supplement Rebuttal Workflow
When a supplement gets denied, Claimory AI drafts a rebuttal using the claim's photos and notes. You review and send. Nothing sits silent for 7 days.
Carrier-Specific Documentation
Photo requirements, teardown notes, and VIN verification captured per claim. Meet each carrier's documentation expectations without a separate checklist.
Early Warning On At-Risk Claims
Claims trending toward over-threshold surface on the dashboard while you can still act. Call the adjuster today, not after the car is delivered.
Works Alongside CCC ONE and Mitchell
Keep writing estimates where you always have. Claimory adds the cycle time, audit trail, and carrier reporting layer your estimating software was never built to handle.
How Claimory Supports DRP Partnerships
A Direct Repair Program is a formal partnership between a carrier and a collision shop with cycle time targets, photo requirements, and periodic audits. Claimory captures every piece of what carriers audit for as the claim moves, not at review time.
Cycle time is tracked per claim with stage gates timestamped from intake to delivery. Every claim is tagged by carrier so carrier-grouped rollups activate as your shop hits volume thresholds (typically 10+ closed claims per carrier). Photo documentation, teardown notes, and supplement history live on the same timeline as adjuster messages, and every event is timestamped.
When a carrier requests an audit, the claim's photos, estimate, and every supplement download as a single .zip in one click, and the timestamped event log, adjuster thread, and cycle time summary are already on the claim and in Reports for whatever else they ask to see. When a supplement needs follow-up, Claimory AI drafts the message using the claim's photos and notes so nothing sits silent for 7 days while the car sits.
Claimory is carrier-agnostic. Tag each claim with the carrier and run reports for any DRP you are on. It works alongside CCC ONE and Mitchell - your estimator writes estimates where it always has.
DRP Partnership FAQ
Common questions from collision shop owners running Direct Repair Programs.
A Direct Repair Program (DRP) is a partnership between an insurance carrier and a collision repair shop. The carrier refers its policyholders to the shop, and the shop agrees to the carrier's standards, which commonly cover cycle time, labor rates, photo and documentation requirements, and periodic audits.
No. Claimory is built for any collision repair shop handling insurance claims, on a DRP or not. A shop on one or more DRPs can record each partnership and its terms in Claimory and watch the numbers carriers ask about, such as cycle time.
On the Claimory Network page, add a partnership with the carrier, the partnership type (DRP, Preferred Shop, Certified Repair or Network Member), the contract number, the effective and expiration dates, the agreed labor and paint rates, a carrier contact and notes on the terms.
Claimory works with any carrier. The carrier is entered on each claim, the claims list filters by carrier, and the Financial Center carrier scorecard compares every carrier with at least three claims in the shop on cycle time, days to insurance payment, supplement rate, on-time payment rate and average revenue per completed claim.
Claimory measures cycle time as the days from a claim's start date, or its creation date when no start date is set, to the day the job is finished, averaged across Completed and Delivered claims. The Financial Center shows the shop average, the average for each carrier on the scorecard, and a Cycle Time tab with the fastest and slowest jobs and the open jobs waiting longest. Claimory does not score a shop against a carrier's own DRP targets.
A DRP audit commonly asks for damage and repair photos, the estimate and every supplement, written adjuster communication, and cycle time figures. In Claimory, the claim's Files tab downloads every photo and document on the claim as one ZIP, the claim's Supplements view lists each supplement with its requested and approved amounts, adjuster emails sit on the claim's Emails tab, and cycle time comes from the Financial Center.
No. Claimory works alongside CCC ONE and Mitchell, so estimates are still written where the shop writes them today. Claimory imports the estimate and holds the claim around it: supplements, files, adjuster email and the carrier reporting.
